ICBC recently notified brokers and motor carriers by letter that it will no longer be allowing a seven day grace period to pay a prorate invoice when purchasing or renewing insurance, and will instead require payment at the time of the transaction. The change takes effect as of Monday, January 1, 2018.
As part of BC's road safety strategy, the Be Truck Aware campaign recently launched on October 17th in Pitt Meadows at the Justice Institute of BC.
